Daily Jobsight ("we," "our," or "us") provides a construction daily management platform for superintendents, project managers, and trade foremen. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.

Account information: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, and role within your organization.

Project data: Information you enter while using the platform, including daily reports, photos, schedules, punch items, RFIs, safety forms, change orders, and submittals.

Device information: We collect device model and operating system version to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.

Location data: GPS coordinates are collected for photo geotagging only when you explicitly grant location permission on your device.

Usage analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to understand how features are used and to improve the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide construction project management services, including scheduling, document management, and field operations tracking
• Generate and distribute daily reports to project stakeholders
• Enable team collaboration and task assignment across general contractors and subcontractors
• Send push notifications for assignments, updates, and project activity
• Integrate weather data into daily reports for accurate jobsite records

Data Storage and Security

Your data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS. We enforce row-level security policies for multi-tenant data isolation, ensuring that each organization can only access its own project data. We use UUIDv7 identifiers so that no sequential IDs are exposed.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Expo — push notification delivery for mobile devices
• OpenWeatherMap — weather data for daily report generation

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Audit logs may be retained beyond this period as required by applicable law or contractual obligations.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your project data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Children's Privacy
