We built Daily Jobsight because we were tired of writing daily reports at 8pm, chasing subs for progress updates, and managing the schedule in a spreadsheet.
The story
The construction superintendent is the most important person on any project. They're responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and coordination across dozens of subcontractors — every single day. Yet the tools they use are a generation behind: email chains, spreadsheets, PDF forms, and phone calls.
The daily report is the worst offender. It's a legal document that can determine whether a contractor gets paid or wins a dispute. Yet most supers write it at the end of a 10-hour day, from memory, in a Word document or on paper. It takes an hour. It's incomplete. And it doesn't reach the people who need it until the next morning.
We set out to fix this. Daily Jobsight is built around the superintendent's actual workflow: plan the look-ahead, execute the day, report what happened. AI handles the documentation so the super can go home at a reasonable hour.
We are not a project management company. We are not building software for the owner or the PM. We are building software for the person in the hardhat on the floor — and making their life measurably better.

Every feature is evaluated by asking: does this make a superintendent's day better? If it doesn't help the person in the hardhat, we don't build it.

Honest AI
AI drafts; humans sign. Every AI-generated report is reviewed and approved by the person whose name is on it. We don't hide the AI or pretend it's infallible.
